Payment Options

You can choose to receive your transactions direct to your bank account or get cash over the counter from participating outlets. If you choose to receive funds in your bank account you will receive payments twice per week. Payments are currently made every Tuesday and Friday. If you opt to get cash for your transactions, receive your funds as often as you like!

Reporting

Our innovative software provides drivers and operators with detailed reports itemising each car's EFTPOS transactions including the bonus commission paid. Reports are automatically generated and emailed to you at the time of payment.

We supply you with three types of reports:
1. Payment report - emailed at the time of payment

2. Weekly activity report - provides a summary of the overall week's transactions.

3. Monthly activity report - provides a monthly summary of your transactions.

Customer Portal

All Live TaxiEpay EFTPOS customers gain access to the web based customer portal. It's quick and easy to set up and gives you instant access to your transactions online 24/7.

Docket Factoring at the Live Lounge

Live TaxiEpay has created driver lounges for your comfort and convenience. So, as well as being able to cash your dockets, you can relax with a free coffee, use the free internet or watch Foxtel, all within comfortable surroundings.
